데이터 싱크 배포 목록과 상태를 조회하는 API입니다.

📄️ List Datasink Deployments

Every running datasink deployment the caller may read. Only deployments that actually exist are returned — a resource configured but never started is absent. "Configured" is what the resource's own list endpoint answers; this one answers "running".
