List logical types the caller can read.

📄️ Update Logical

Update a logical type. A changed definition applies to every schema that names it — values already stored are not rewritten. So while a schema names it, a change that would leave stored values unreadable is refused (409 `logical_in_use`): a different `input`, or a field of the stored document removed, retyped or made required. Adding optional fields is free.

📄️ Delete Logical

Delete a logical type. Refused (409) while a schema in its collection still names it.
