Creates, reads, updates, and deletes apps and their application documents.

📄️ List Apps

List apps visible to the caller. Items omit `definition` to keep the response bounded; retrieve the document with the single-app operation.

📄️ Create App

Create an app from its metadata and application document.

📄️ Get App Versions

List version history for a specific app.

📄️ Get App

Retrieve a specific app. Returns the specified version if provided.

📄️ Update App

Update an app. A supplied ``definition`` replaces the stored one whole. Read-modify-write, so concurrent saves are last-writer-wins — an app is a single-author surface today. If overlapping edits show up, the upgrade is ``set_manifest_conditional`` + etag returning 409, the same move made for dashboard widgets.

📄️ Delete App

Permanently remove an app after delete permission is checked. The stored application document is removed with it.
