Update App
PATCH/api/v1/apps/:app_id
Update an app. A supplied definition replaces the stored one whole. Read-modify-write, so concurrent saves are last-writer-wins — an app is a single-author surface today. If overlapping edits show up, the upgrade is set_manifest_conditional + etag returning 409, the same move made for dashboard widgets.
