Run Status
Use System > Monitoring > Run Status to review active dataset ingestion and Data Synchronization jobs together. Items that were created but never started are not displayed.
Capture: The Run Status list showing ingestion and synchronization rows, type and status filters, source-to-target values, and action menus. Mask endpoints and account information.
Review the list
The list refreshes about every 15 seconds and displays the following information.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The name of the active dataset or Data Synchronization job. |
| Type | Ingestion or Data Synchronization. |
| Source → Target | The direction of data movement. If you cannot read a data connection, only this value is masked as —. |
| Status | Running N/N or Not ready N/N. |
| Actions | Stop the job. |
Use the filters in the Type and Status headers to narrow the list, and sort it from the Name header. Filters and sorting are stored in the URL.
Not ready means that the number of ready execution units is below the target. This page does not distinguish an image that is still being prepared from repeated errors. If the state persists, give the execution name and type to an operator.
Stop a run
- Open the Actions menu for the row to stop.
- Select Stop.
- Confirm the completion notification and check that the row disappears from the list.
Stopping requires write access to the source resource. The button is visible without that access, but the request fails and an error notification appears. To change Data Synchronization settings, open Configure and run Data Synchronization.
