Duplicate Tool
POST/api/v1/agents/tools/:tool_id/duplicate
Create an editable copy of a tool. Stored tools require read access; source-provided built-ins are globally readable. The copy keeps the executable definition, uses the requested identity and placement, and is not marked as built-in.
