List Code Usages
GET/api/v1/codes/:code_id/usages
Reverse-lookup of pipelines whose step graph references this code. A pipeline step's script is a Code id; this returns every pipeline (and the referencing step names) pointing at code_id, so the UI can show how widely a shared code is used. Requires read permission on the code; the referencing pipelines' permissions are not checked (usage visibility intent, mirroring GET /datasets/{id}/usages).
