Duplicate Collection Route
POST/api/v1/collections/:collection_id/duplicate
Duplicate a collection and everything inside it. The copy is always a regular collection (is_sample=False) whatever the source was, which is the point: it lets a sample be edited freely without demoting the original that other users rely on. stream=true returns an SSE stream of progress events followed by one complete (payload: the new CollectionResponse) or error event.
