Append Dashboard Widget
POST/api/v1/dashboards/:dashboard_id/widgets
Append one widget to a dashboard. Exists because PATCH replaces the whole widget array: two clients that each read, append, and write drop one another's widget silently. Appending is the one change the server can merge on its own — a conflict only means "the array I read is stale", so re-reading and re-appending keeps both.
