LogicalUpdate

Logical type update request. name and collection_id are immutable: schema fields name the type in its collection, so either change would silently re-point every declaration. They are accepted only so a body carrying the current values (a whole resource sent back) passes, and the route refuses a different value rather than ignoring it.
