List Pipeline Traces

List pipeline execution traces (history). Without start_time/end_time/token this returns the most recent runs, sorted by start time descending, and token is always null. With a time range it returns runs whose start time falls in [start_time, end_time), newest first, plus a token for the next (older) page; token is null only once the range is exhausted, so a short or empty page with a token is not the end. The token is not a credential — read permission is checked on every request. A run recorded by two spans more than a minute apart may reappear on a later page. Errors: 422 invalid range or limit, 400 malformed token or conditions that differ from the token's, 410 expired token.
