BatchFireRequest

One scheduled batch occurrence, delivered by the scheduler. The {resource, timestamp} envelope every cron fire carries plus the run id the scheduler minted for this occurrence. The id travels because a delivery that never lands is recorded against it, so the run that does start has to carry the same one or the two rows describe one occurrence under two names.
