PromptDuplicate

Prompt duplicate (save-as / clone) request. The source prompt's definition (content/variables/long_context/type) is copied verbatim by the server; only identity/placement metadata is overridable here. The server always mints a fresh id and forces is_builtin=False, so a clone of a read-only builtin lands as an editable user prompt. Mirrors ToolDuplicate.
