System Status

Administrators use System > Monitoring > System Status to review read-only health information for platform backend components. Regular users cannot access this menu or page.

Screenshot TODO

Capture: The administrator page showing overall status and component cards with workloads, endpoints, and consumer lag. Mask internal endpoints and production identifiers.

Review overall status

The top of the page shows the last check time and overall status. Select Refresh to retrieve the current status again.

Each component card can provide the following information.

  • Component health and high-availability status
  • Ready and target replica counts for each workload
  • Endpoints and their connectivity
  • Consumer group status and processing lag

When a component does not provide a type of information, that section is hidden. If lag cannot be calculated, it is shown as Unavailable.

Interpret status

  • When the ready replica count is below the target, inspect that workload's deployment in the operating environment.
  • When an endpoint is Unreachable, inspect the network, service status, and access policies.
  • When consumer lag continues to grow, inspect the related processing job and message broker.
  • If refresh fails, use Try again on the page. This page does not restart components or change their settings.

To review user-owned active ingestion and Data Synchronization jobs, use Run Status in the user guide.
